By accessing this website, utilizing our real-time interactive Living Spatial Lab, compiling structural configurations in the Project Reserve cart, or requesting physical technical specifications, you explicitly agree to these structural boundaries and legal limitations.

1. Technical CAD/BIM Specifications & Architectural Disclaimer

The CAD blocks, BIM parameters, mechanical dimension charts, load recommendations, and real-time outputs generated by the website or simulator tools are issued strictly as conceptual architectural guidelines. They do not substitute for certified, site-specific physical engineering plans.

• Every structural material installation (including heavy marble blocks, concrete dividers, and steel vault doors) must undergo dedicated load-bearing verification by a qualified local structural engineer prior to construction.
• vaultiqengine disclaims any operational or structural liability for installation projects executed without written, stamped configuration parameters signed by an authorized engineer from our Milan studio.
• Standard site preparation requirements—such as ceiling framing structural rigidity, heavy floor anchoring foundations, and dedicated power configurations—are the sole financial and operational responsibility of the developer or general contractor.

2. Project Reserve & Quotation Protocols

Our Project Reserve function is an interactive blueprint compiling tool. It does not constitute a binding transaction, formal financial invoice, or guaranteed purchase contract.

• All prices displayed are base unit rates for raw mechanical platforms (manufactured in Milan, Italy) and exclude localized structural framing cladding, shipping, customs tariffs, certified installation support, and on-site tuning fees.
• The compilation of structural projects triggers a technical evaluation sequence by our mechanical advisors. Formally validated engineering proposals are issued via written agreements signed by vaultiqengine representatives and are valid for 90 days.

3. Intellectual Property Protections

The layout designs, system names, linear induction magnetic drive configurations, interactive visualizer math functions, safety LIDAR radar simulation vectors, blueprint images, and trade secrets represented on this site are protected by Italian and International copyright laws, design patent registrations, and pending kinetic patent profiles.

Users are authorized to download CAD and BIM drawings strictly for design specification integration inside spatial master plans for their designated projects. Re-engineering, resale, modification, or commercial licensing of our underlying magnetic levitation, whisper-quiet gearing, or sensor arrays is strictly prohibited.

4. On-Site Physical Installation Requirements

Prior to shipping our motorized systems from our manufacturing studio, the construction site must meet exact physical criteria verified via certified on-site measurements or high-fidelity 3D laser scans:

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable European and Italian law, vaultiqengine, its design partners, manufacturing engineers, and corporate officers shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages. This includes structural failures, partition collapse, or building code violations resulting from improper installation, lack of structural testing, unapproved heavy wall modifications, or disregard of local seismic safety regulations.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

All legal specifications, contractual covenants, warranties, and compliance requirements correspond directly to Italian safety legislation. Any disputes, litigation, or regulatory inquiries relating to these Terms, our hardware platforms, or on-site engineering consultations shall be filed and resolved exclusively in the Tribunale di Milano (Milan Civil Courts), Milan, Italy.
